Electrik Collective Ltd was formed in 2010 by Paul Jarman and Helena Robertshaw who have been installing solar panels and battery storage systems ever since. We believe that renewable energy should be affordable and that negotiating an installation should be straightforward.
We have a wealth of experience that guarantees excellent service: over 15 years installing solar panels and battery storage and more than 20 years working on a wide range of electrical and electronic services. We work mainly in the Grantham and East Midlands areas but have customers in Derbyshire, Hampshire, Sussex and Devon!
All our work is completed by us, from the initial site survey to the installation of a solar PV system or electrical work. Paul heads up the technical and installation side of the work, whilst Helena designs systems, produces quotes and liaises with customers. We have help on the roof from a couple of regular guys and the only contractors we use are for scaffolding. You will deal with us from start to finish and we will answer your call or email.
We provide a wide range of services; solar panels, battery storage systems, power diverters, electric vehicle charging points, rewires and remedial work, new electrical installations, as well as testing and inspection in domestic, commercial and industrial environments.
We believe that customer service is important; every property is different and therefore requires an individual design and selection of suitable materials. It takes time to ascertain the best solution for the customer and the property and to match the design and price. We use a range of panels, inverters and electrical components which give us design flexibility. We are careful to supply products with good warranties from reputable wholesalers.
We are accredited MCS installers and our solar work carries a standard 10-year warranty. Our electrical work is accredited by the NICEIC; we are approved electrical contractors. As well as having a degree in Electrical Engineering, Paul has a background in general electrics and electronics. We are also members of the FSB and RECC.
